Okay, so we don't particularly care for this "Last Room Availability" request.

But truly, if the account is producing then just give them all "LRA".

It may be a requirement. Honoring this request shows your property is dedicated, sincere and committed to the partnership and is willing to sacrifice.

Last Room Availability is not a bad thing and should be honored.

Would you rather have $40 more that night in room revenue to sell that last room, or a working relationship that will produce thousands....you do the math?
